Il \u00e9tablit un unique r\u00e8glement pour la mani\u00e8re dont les banques, assureurs, soci\u00e9t\u00e9s d&#8217;investissement et leurs fournisseurs critiques de TIC maintiennent les services num\u00e9riques en fonctionnement malgr\u00e9 les interruptions. Le test de r\u00e9silience op\u00e9rationnelle num\u00e9rique est l&#8217;un de ses cinq piliers (aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de la gestion des risques TIC, la d\u00e9claration d&#8217;incidents, les risques li\u00e9s aux tiers, et le partage d&#8217;informations), et ce pilier concerne directement vos tests de charge et de performance.<\/p>\n<p>Une premi\u00e8re pr\u00e9cision car l&#8217;acronyme est surcharg\u00e9. Cet article traite du r\u00e8glement de l&#8217;UE et non des \u201cDORA metrics\u201d DevOps (fr\u00e9quence des d\u00e9ploiements, temps de cycle, etc.). Les entit\u00e9s financi\u00e8res testent les syst\u00e8mes TIC et applications qui supportent les fonctions critiques ou importantes au moins une fois par an, via une approche bas\u00e9e sur le risque.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Article 25<\/strong> liste les m\u00e9thodes \u00e0 utiliser. Le test de performance et le test de bout en bout y sont explicitement nomm\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pour une plateforme de trading, une API de paiements ou un portail bancaire en ligne, \u00ab r\u00e9sister \u00e0 la perturbation \u00bb inclut les perturbations dues \u00e0 la charge : une affluence lors de l\u2019ouverture du march\u00e9, un pic le jour de paie, une promotion qui triple le trafic au paiement. Si le service ralentit ou plante sous charge, c\u2019est un d\u00e9ficit de r\u00e9silience op\u00e9rationnelle. DORA attend que vous l\u2019ayez identifi\u00e9 avant la production, ce qui justifie la place des <a href=\"https:\/\/www.loadview-testing.com\/fr\/industrie\/services-financiers\/\">tests de charge pour les services financiers<\/a> dans le programme.<\/p>\n<p>Les enjeux sont pratiques, pas seulement proc\u00e9duraux.
