A Regra 1000 divide os sistemas em &#8220;sistemas SCI&#8221; e o subconjunto mais restrito de &#8220;sistemas SCI cr\u00edticos&#8221;, com os requisitos mais rigorosos para os sistemas cuja falha causaria maior perturba\u00e7\u00e3o ao mercado. Reduzem as chances de uma interrup\u00e7\u00e3o report\u00e1vel, e quando ela ocorre, seu hist\u00f3rico de testes faz parte do registro da causa raiz do relat\u00f3rio final.<\/p>\n<h3 id='mudan\u00e7as-materiais-trimestrais-nos-sistemas'  id=\"boomdevs_11\">Mudan\u00e7as Materiais Trimestrais nos Sistemas<\/h3>\n<p>Dentro de 30 dias ap\u00f3s cada trimestre, uma entidade SCI arquiva um relat\u00f3rio descrevendo mudan\u00e7as materiais de sistemas conclu\u00eddas, em andamento e planejadas (Regra 1003(a)). O teste de capacidade que voc\u00ea faz em cada mudan\u00e7a \u00e9 a evid\u00eancia de que foi verificada antes de ser liberada.<\/p>\n<h3 id='o-relat\u00f3rio-anual-da-revis\u00e3o-sci'  id=\"boomdevs_12\">O Relat\u00f3rio Anual da Revis\u00e3o SCI<\/h3>\n<p>A revis\u00e3o SCI vai para a alta administra\u00e7\u00e3o primeiro, e a entidade ent\u00e3o envia o relat\u00f3rio \u00e0 SEC, com qualquer resposta da gest\u00e3o, dentro de 60 dias ap\u00f3s essa submiss\u00e3o (Regra 1003(b)). Seus relat\u00f3rios de testes de capacidade e estresse est\u00e3o entre os artefatos nos quais a revis\u00e3o se baseia.<\/p>\n<h2 id='por-quanto-tempo-manter-os-registros'  id=\"boomdevs_13\" id=\"how-long-to-keep-the-records\">Por Quanto Tempo Manter Os Registros<\/h2>\n<p>Um relat\u00f3rio de teste s\u00f3 \u00e9 \u00fatil como evid\u00eancia se ainda existir quando um revisor o requerer. A Regra 1005 define o piso de reten\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Entidades SCI fazem, mant\u00eam e preservam os registros que mostram sua conformidade com a Reg SCI. Para SROs SCI, a Regra 1005 vincula isso \u00e0 regra existente de manuten\u00e7\u00e3o de registros das SROs (Regra 17a-1); para entidades SCI que n\u00e3o s\u00e3o SROs, estabelece o requisito diretamente.
